Here's how you can make a refreshing and healthy morning shot with ginger, lemon, turmeric, and honey:

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric (or a small piece of fresh turmeric root)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (preferably raw or organic)
